The School adheres to the fundamental task of cultivating people with moral values, the philosophy of running a school based on the fundamentals, and the goal of students' all-round growth and success, and establishes a cultivation mode that focuses on improving ideological and moral qualities and practical and innovative abilities. In the past three years, students of the School have won more than 170 innovation and entrepreneurship projects at all levels, and published more than 80 articles (theses and works); in terms of practical ability, students have won more than 120 group and individual awards in various types of skills competitions at the national and provincial levels.
As of July 2023, there are 232 master's degree students in the School, and 64 graduates in the class of 2023. There are 1,296 undergraduates in school and 312 graduates, including 177 majoring in Medical Laboratory Technology, 89 majoring in Preventive Medicine, and 46 majoring in Health Inspection and Quarantine. In the past three years, the average examination rate of our majors is 45.43% (the acceptance rate of preventive medicine examination is maintained at about 60%), and the initial employment rate is about 85%. The School has sent a large number of high-level talents to the healthcare industry.
